Reunion of the 9th Of November, 2016
Dear Old Victorian,
The First Reunion after the holidays was unfortunately only attended by 18 persons. It took place in the Diplomatic Club on Wednesday the 9th of November hosting Ambassador Mona Omar Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for African Affairs who spoke about African Egyptian Relations.
Ambassador Mona enlightened who attended with extremely valuable information about the past constructive role Egypt played in Africa. She also pointed out what should be done in the present time to insure more cooperation with the African countries in order to achieve huge political and financial gains for Egypt. The speaker’s proposals should help our dear country to overcome its present financial crisis (a recording of the talk is available for those who are interested).
A four course dinner was served after the talk at 8:30 p.m. and the Reunion ended at 9:30 p.m.
The next Reunion is scheduled for December the 7th.
